In cooperation with the Fall River School Department, Battleship Cove Community Boating is running a wooden boat-building course in which middle school students from Greater Fall River construct plywood watercraft and then take to the sea at Battleship Cove. The vessels then remain at the Community Boating Center, where they are utilized in the museum's youth sailing program.
