Planning a Field Trip to Battleship Cove

Do we need to make reservations?
Yes! To qualify for the educational group rate ($5/person), all groups coming to Battleship Cove must make reservations by contacting the museum's education department. The program you are reserving will determine how far in advance you need to make your reservations:

Self-guided groups: one-week minimum
Camping groups: Up to six months in advance

Where do we eat?
Students may bring their lunch or purchase a meal at the museum. During warm months, there are outdoor picnic benches throughout the cove. During cooler weather, students may eat in the Officers' Wardroom on the battleship; students must sit in one area until all seats are filled.

Where do we go when we get to Battleship Cove?
The bus may drop you off in the circle outside the Gift Shop, where admission fees may be settled. The introductory video should be returned to the gift shop before exploring the exhibits at Battleship Cove.
