Q: How much are the tickets?
A: Tickets are $15 for children and $10 for adults.

Q: Do I need a ticket for my 2 year old?
A: Yes. All children 2 and over qualify for a child ticket. Any child 1 and under will be considered a young child and is free. Please make sure that you select young child ticket for those children.

Q: When is the Santa Experience?
A: Santa Experience will be offered at for 3 timeslots. December 10th at 10:00 am- 12:00 pm or 1:30 pm- 3:30pm.

Q: Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
A: Yes all ticket purchase must be done in advance through this link here.

Q: I can no longer make it to the event. Can I get a refund?
A: No tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All ticket sales are final and can only be used at the date and time that they were purchase for.

Q: I purchased tickets for the Santa Experience, what time is check in?
A: Check in will be during the first 15 mins of your timeslot. To not miss out on anything please arrive on time so that you can make the most out of the experience.

Q: Where is the event located?
A: The event will take place in the Maritime Museum at Battleship Cove. Address is 70 Water St. Fall River, MA 02721.

Q: Where can I park?
A: Parking is free at the Heritage State Park. Museum is 0.2 mile walk down the road from that lot. The other parking lot is next to Boneheads which is a short walk to the event.

Q: Does my event ticket give me admission to see the ship?
A: The event ticket is for the event only. If you would like to see the ships please feel free to purchase general admission tickets online or they can be purchased at the ships. Hours of the ships is 9am-4pm with last admissions being 2:30pm.
