About:
Trick-or-treat aboard the USS Massachusetts. Bring your family down for a safe trick or treating event. Come dressed up in your Halloween costumes and see the ship decorated for Halloween. Also don't forget about our scary deck.
Enjoy games, crafts, treats and more.
**Note some experiences may be an additional charge. This event is rain or shine and does involve climbing ladders. Please be aware of costume choices for children that they will be able to climb a ladder safely.

Tickets are $15.00 per person Children 1 and under are free.

Photo Disclosure: Please note that visitors to the Museum may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you grant the Museum permission to use photographs and/or audiovisual recordings in which you appear for archival, documentary, publicity, advertising, or other purposes. For anyone that cannot be photographed for advertising are to inform staff upon arrival for the program to ensure you are not photographed.
Cancelation Policy: Please note that all purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can no longer make it to the program your tickets will be considered a donation to the ships.
Late Policy: To ensure the event runs smoothly and guests do not miss anything final check in will be 7:30 PM. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee entrance for the event. No refunds will be given for guests that arrive late.
FAQ:
Where can I park?
Parking is available at Heritage State Park parking lot, the dirt lot across the street or the Narrows parking lot. Parking is free.
I purchased tickets. What time can I come in?
All ticket entry times are timed. We will start letting those who purchased the 5:30 pm tickets in at 5:30 pm. We will not be able to let anyone in early for their ticket time to ensure we can spread out the visitors. Absolute last entry time is 7:30 pm. If you are running late please do not arrive past 7:30 pm or you will not be able to come in.
I can no longer attend can I get a refund?
No, all ticket purchases are final and non refundable. If you can no longer attend your tickets will be considered a donation to the ships.
Do I have to buy tickets for my young children?
Yes. Everyone has to purchase tickets to come. It is very important to have tickets for every person even the children 1 and under so we can have accurate counts of who is coming to visit for the event.
Age levels:
Children 1 and under are free and there is a ticket option that is no cost for that age level.
Children 2-18 are $15
Adults over 18 are $15.
Can I buy food?
Yes, the snack bar will be open during the event selling food. Menu will be emailed out to all attendees at least 1 week prior to the event for planning purposes.
Will the Gift Shop be open?
Yes, It will be open through the whole event and you will check in through the shop.
Is this event scary?
This event is child friendly. The ship will be darker than normal visitation day but no one will jump out at you to scare you on the main route. We are offering an optional scary deck option for those that want to be scared but anyone who would not like to go down there can avoid it.
Should I bring a trick or treating bag?
Yes, We do offer an add on of a trick or treating bag if you would like to purchase at the shop or when you buy tickets. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
