Hours and Admission:
Battleship Cove is open to all visitors on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As a precautionary measure against the spread of the Coronavirus, social distancing, face masks, and other guidelines have been initiated. We will continue to follow directives issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Tickets are valid for two consecutive days at Battleship Cove.
The last tickets available at the museum gift shop for purchase on a given day are at 3:30PM
We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
Maritime Museum is currently closed.
Due to restoration initiatives, the engineering spaces on Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. are closed until further notice.
Due to wind damage, our PT-796 in the Quonset Hut building will be closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our rates are as follows:
Active Military w/ID: $11.00
Children 4-12: $10.00
Children 3 and under: Free
US Military Veteran w/ID: $11.00
Special Southcoast resident rate: $12 per adult/$8 per child with valid driver license or identification. This includes the towns of Acushnet, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Fall River, Freetown, Little Compton (RI), Marion, Mattapoiset, New Bedford, Rochester, Somerset, Swansea, Tiverton (RI), Wareham, and Westport.
Free Admission on a child's birthday:
Children between the ages of 4-12 are free on their birthday with a original copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport. No reservations required.
