Fantail on USS Massachusetts
Naturally, the USS Massachusetts fantail is also an obvious choice for your military ceremony or reunion. The only armored banquet facility in the Northeast, the Big Mamie has been hosting such events for nearly 40 years.

But don't exclude Big Mamie from your wedding or private party plans: Imagine a breeze wafting through the air as you and your guests enjoy sunset cocktails and the breathtaking scenery of Mt. Hope Bay. Such spectacular waterfront views are typically beyond the reach of the "average Joe," but Battleship Cove's affordable in-house catering make it easy on you and your wallet. Wardroom on USS Massachusetts
Grab your boogie woogie bugle boy and start dancing, because you're hosting a party in the Officers' Wardroom! This spacious, climate -controlled room on Battleship Massachusetts is the ideal setting for a theme-party or special event.

This year-round meeting space comfortably accommodates up to 175 guests, with break-open space in the adjacent Wardroom Annex allowing for up to 70 more.

Are you hosting a small or mid-sized military reunion or business conference? If so, the Wardroom Annex on USS Massachusetts is the perfect waterfront venue.
Located on the port side of the main deck of one of WWII's most decorated fighting ships, this large climate-controlled compartment features portholes with panoramic views of Mt. Hope Bay and a large-screen television for your PowerPoint or other audiovisual presentations.

Flight Deck on JPK DD850
Host your special event on President Kennedy's party ship, the "Joey P." Named for JFK's older brother, a Naval aviator killed in WWII, the USS Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. historically held a special place in the President's heart, and was frequently used by the Kennedy family for private parties: In 1961, DD850 sailed to Washington, DC, for the President's inaugural celebration, and in 1962, JFK and Jackie observed the America's Cup races from her decks.

Relive the days of Camelot on the Kennedy Flight Deck which offers sweeping views of Battleship Cove and a glimpse into the glamour of the Kennedy era.

Newbury Hall
Give your party a tropical theme: The nucleus of Battleship Cove's PT Boat exhibition, Newberry Hall is an engaging nontraditional setting for your cocktail mixer or reception.

With their polished decks and bristling ordnance, PT Boats 617 & 796 provide the perfect conversation pieces to make any party a success. Capturing the romantic lore of the Mosquito Fleet, these National Historic Landmarks create an ambiance you can't find anywhere else.
