Workshops for September Homeschool Day:
10:00 AM Sir Circuits: Find out what makes the world tick in this circuit building class. Students will learn about the basics of electricity and what it means to complete a circuit. Once they have mastered the basics, students will attempt to create their own basic electrical machine! Activity does not include a take home electrical machine. Age Recommendation 8+
10:00 AM Loopy Looms: Learn about the history of Fall River’s textile industry past among the old mills. Track the rise and fall of the industry as times changed and technology was developed. Additionally, you can try your hand at weaving your very own textile by making a potholder. Activity includes a take home potholder.
